We held a wedding event on 5th September 2024 at Mansion Marquee, which is a beautifully designed and pleasant venue. The decoration was stunning, the seating comfortable, and the crockery of high quality, with the overall openness adding to the ambiance. However, there were some shortcomings in the hall management. The air conditioning was turned on only upon the BARAT’s arrival, whereas it should have been started at least two hours earlier to ensure guests felt refreshed upon entry. The music system /selection of music and songs was not worth for the occasion, and the "matka" entry, which is supposed to create a smoky effect, felt poorly executed and not worth the additional cost. Overall, the venue itself is great, but the hall management and the manager’s efficiency need improvement. There was no air freshener بخور in the hall۔ Additionally, they allow Air conditioning till 12 O' clock mid night and after that they demand ridgedly extra charges. Curtesy demands that they should be allow the guests to remain and enjoy air-conditioning facility at least further one hour without extra charges, as the current policy is quite Incapable in this regard.
