A tad, sure, but mostly it's down to Wardens being distracted by the Fingers, while Colonials managed fairly early on to swallow up the Conclave.

As a Warden I want it nerfed, but not sure how. I don't want it impotent, nor should it lose its range or impact. Maybe longer reloads?
