extrem desync (you will just get teleported back after a several seconds and all your shots dissapear) and cheating issues since its using Sguard
COD Totally should make this game....cuz they don't even have to worry about footstep audio at all

@@HooptyDaDoopty Becouse unlike general imagination of vacuum is perceived by uneducated people - in space you actually get to hear some sounds through vibrations in your bones. Also, becouse the suit itself is filled with oxygen, and becouse the hard shell also vibrates becouse of the expansion of the gases in the barrel it also transfers sound. So yeah - this game actually did a solid job on sound design.

@Lukáš Kos yeah, but it's definitely not how it would sound. You wouldn't hear the gun clocking or the reload sound. You'd hear some sort of a thum and a swossh as the force of the bullet escaping the barrel. You also most definitely wouldn't hear other people shooting, as long as they're not shooting at you and hitting their shots

The minimap is just like games like Elite: Dangerous. Horizontal line gives direction, "up" is in front of you, and vertical lines give elevation relative to your current viewing plane.

Yes! A space game that does sound properly! All you would hear is the vibrations going through the suit. Also no leading as there is not air to cause drag. Pretty much a point and click adventure

You’d also fly back from the recoil of the rifle into endless space, unless you had a powerful thruster linked to the fire rate of your rifle
Gun shots do push your body backwards. And you still have to lead as bullets have limited velocity. But they don't slow down and you don't have to worry about any bullet drop
@@jackbaggaley8836 they have thrusters from my understanding. That;s most likely what the controller is for in the characters left hand, allowing them to move around space.
I'm glad they didn't go for the midwit "there's no sound in space" position because there absolutely *is* sound in space. It just doesn't work the same as in atmosphere.
This is like a greatly expanded version of those zero-g sections in COD Infinite Warfare.
That was such a cool game. So glad such ambitious games like this are taking it further!

You didn't have to lead your shots because bullets don't lose velocity in space and don't have bullet drop so if you shot a gun in space the bullet would go until it hit something
they came out with a game like this many years ago. almost exactly like this. it was called shattered horizon. it was pretty fun. this looks like an updated version of that

If you played Elite Dangerous you definitely know that radar, it shows if enemies are above or below you and once you get used to it is really helpful.

They should do this again, but make an outer space zoo map where you are defending the zoo elephants and zoo giraffes... all of them are in astronaut animal costumes. There would be pugs in space too.... and there would be rooms where the pugs exercise so they don't get too fat. Yeah... I think this game needs that.

This is unique and good quality game, the developer don't need to worry about the foots steps and any sound effects lol

This is the spiritual successor to a game called "Shattered Horizon" which released in 2009.
Wow this game looks pretty interesting, day by day im more and more convinced i need to buy a Gaming PC.
Honestly worth the money if you consider gaming your hobby and spend any amount of time doing it
Bro I just went pc this past year after being on console for 10+ years & I love it.
Gotta say man I’m 24 and I’ve been gaming since I was like 5 years old, and up until less than a year ago I exclusive played console. Now I’m on pc and I’ve gotten used to mnk controls and I will never go back to console. It’s that good. But everyone’s experience may vary

That's awesome man! I'm glad you're enjoying the content and benefiting from it with some good games. Word of warning with this one though, I keep getting put on Asian servers so I'm assuming que times are probably quite bad in some regions. Still a lot of fun if you can avoid the high ping though!

Memories of call of duty ghost ❤... In which the penultimate mission was in space
This is literally a trickshot simulator because you're always midair and it looks fun they should add more sounds though like breathing in the suit
wait in space there is no air resistance so the bullets don't drop, they move until they hit something, or slow down over along time of traveling before stoppin
im gonna be completely honest, infinite warfare had this already, in one specific mission in story mode only but they did have this, they just did not implement it into multiplayer which already could have used work.
Oh no, spaceships don't instantly stop anymore, they drag until you turn on the reverse thrusters or turn around and use the forward thrusters. Wouldn't the gun bullets need to be extra fast, if not then everyone is neo

i REEEEEEEALLY wanted to love this game. I am a big Hard Scifi fan and this should be my jam. BUT.
The 3D movement makes taking cover hard, so sniping is very strong.
The sound is very realistic so you don't hear almost anything. Is like Warzone but on porpuse. AND because space, everything and everyone is white or offwhite so good luck trying to find an enemy that has flanked you un 3D space without (almost) no sound.
Sadly, was not for me.
I heard that Tom is so good, that he once sniped someone in COD....

Closest thing is Lone Echo/Lone Echo 2, though that's singleplayer but it has the same 0G movement stuff. Echo VR would have probably been it if it had weapons, but that game's shutting down in August...
On space if you shot a sniper you’d fly backwards forever at the speed at the gun recoils
Would love this being vr, zero gravity fps would work amazing like echo vr you could use jet boosters on your hands

I haven't played this yet but this feels like everything I've wanted for an "advanced fps"
I wonder how are the guns working in outer space? No oxygen for it to work on gun powder, and propelling the projectile means worrying about recoil and Newton's third law, equal and opposite reaction..... That's why star wars guns make more sense, because they are energy beams

Does the primer even ignite the gunpowder in space, the gunpowder exploding seals the bullet casing in the barrel but first we need the sparks.
And if you pierce enemies suits, do they implode or explode in vacuum ??
