Growing spinach for the whole family not add any fertilizer just watering only /eat what you grow

Spinach with garlic is one of my favorite food. So, I start growing spinach for my family. I grow this spinach without using any fertilizer even insect killer I don't use as I want to know how my spinach look like. Some insect eat my spinach but it still look green . The process of growing spinach only one month and I grow spinach only 2 square meter and get spinach 2kilo can be eat 7 people.
