After hearing the odd clip in odd places and deciding that she wasn't my cup of tea I decided to spend several hours on youtube to discover why she was touted as a real talent by so many greats. It was time well spent. I've never been big on jazz for the most part but ignoring genres and addressing the individual I am happy to say that I now know why Amy Winehouse was one of the best.
