In GTA IV you can't make car explode faster by constantly shooting at it while it's already on fire on the rear side. In GTA V and other GTAs you can do that. In other hand you can make GTA IV cars blow up instantly by crashing a burning car into a wall or other cars but only if it's NPC occupied or unoccupied. Though same can be done in GTA V.

I was always on the pier at Ocean Beach next to the lighthouse, sitting with a 2 star wanted level and hoping that a Predator would spawn in such a way that one comes so close to that one rock on the right side that i could jump on it.
