Elaine...OH MY WORD!! You are by far one of my best crafters. One of the many things I love about your videos is that you are down to earth person and you explain your projects so detailed and not complicated at all. Theses are so adorable. I must confess that i just laughed as I was watching your video because twice i had two questions. And I kid you not, you immediately answered them in the video. I love that. Lol I can make these for the ladies at my office or the ladies at our church functions. Have a very bless and happy new year!
That's awesome Maggie! ....I'm in your head LOL!! These make such great gifts and I'm sure the ladies in your office and at church will love them! Thank you for your kinds words!! Have a very Happy New Year!!!
Absolutely adorable! I'm not a glam girl but I love these for those really special occasions. The farmhouse style is me and I know I am making these, no doubt. Thank you for sharing that great glue gun hack too!
There's always an occasion for glitz and sparkle! lol I'm so glad you like them and also that you stuck around to see the glue gun tip! Have a very Happy New Year!!!
What a great idea, Elaine! My sister is getting married next month. We might be able to borrow this idea LOL. I'll check if she has not bought anything yet! Awesome hack with the glue sticks. TFS, hugs~ Josie :)
That's exciting Josie! These would be gorgeous as favors on the table! Lucky for her she has a very crafty sister!! Best wished to her!! Have a fabulous day!!!
I love these Elaine, I wish I would have seen this before my daughter’s wedding. Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful idea. As always you’re great 👍 to watch !
Well, you can always make them a bit modified for any other special occasion....baby shower maybe?? 😉 They're super easily adaptable!! Happy crafting!!!
I was going to use them as a place setting, and let them take them with them. But that would make a Great craft for the Ladies to do. Thank you again Elaine for the Great idea.
Love your tip! You probably know that you can spray glitter with hairspray and it won't fall off and still shines. On this project you just have to spray before you attach it. After all these years with room mother Sunday school teacher I learn now that I only do it once a year at Christmas. Thank you I enjoy your videos.
Thanks Bonnie! Being a hairdresser I use lots of hairspray, that's for sure!! I don't really mind the glitter any more....it's a happy sparkle!! Have a sparkly and wonderful day!!!
That's always been one of my pet peeves too Janet! I want to know what I'm going to be making to see if I even want to watch the whole video or not. Hope you enjoyed this!! Have a very Happy New Year!!!!
Yes I love to have pictures around. My grandson is growing up so fast he's the only grandkid I'll probably ever have. We do crafts together he loves it.
Hello Elaine hope you are having a great evening and doing well. Super cute love how you give the different style options. Thank you for the glue stick tip. Much love and big Tx hugs from South Tx
Hi Maria! I'm so glad you watched til the end to see the glue stick tip! I loved that!! I try to show both styles whenever I can since people have all different styles and taste in decor. Happy you like it!! Have a very Happy New Year!!!!
Though I like both styles I definitely lean more to the glam but I think it's nice to show 2 styles to make it fun for everyone!! Thank you for watching!!! Happy New Year!!!
Your right! These are adorable! I love your craft ideas! I am trying to make what you show, but I am trying to make my own instead of copying you. You are an inspiration! Happy New Year! Looking forward to your artistic talent! Your Very talented!
Awww....thank you so much Sophie! I would sure love to see what you make! Please feel free to post it on my Midnight Crafter Facebook page or email pics to me at midnightcrafter65@gmail.com. I'm so glad you're enjoying my projects!! Happy New Year!!!
Hi Elaine , I was thinking about making one as a place card holder for each one of the Ladies for our first night dinner. Then have a craft time and let the Ladies make more to use at their homes. To use as place card holders or for pictures of their family. Thank you again for your videos. I really enjoy watching you. Happy New Year.
I'm so glad you stuck around to the end to see that! It's a super great hack that I was really excited to pass along once I saw it! Thank you for watching!! Have a very Happy New Year!!!
I love this DIY. I like your idea about using the jenga blocks to make it more farm house. I'm definitely going to be making these for a family function coming soon. Happy New Years Elaine. Hugs😊
Yay! So someone actually DOES read my comments below for extra info! I always wonder about that!! I think the Jenga blocks would look great and I wish I would have thought of it before I finished the project! You'll have to send me a pic! Happy crafting and have a very Happy New Year!!!
Hi Elaine, I Love your videos. I'm so excited you made these. I was trying to come up with something for a Ladies Retreat. This will be perfect. Thank you again for sharing. Happy New Year.
Thank you so much Teresa! That's a great idea for a ladies retreat!! Will you be making them all together or just giving them as gifts? Have a very Happy New Year!!!!
Hi Elaine, Love your glam place cards! Sooo pretty! Thanks for sharing another great craft! Hope you and your family had a nice Christmas! 🎄❤️⛄️ Happy New Year to you! 🎉🍾🎊🥳
Thank you so much Nancy! Christmas was super fun with my silly family! I might try and post a little clip of one of our activities....we'll see! Hope yours was great as well and that you have a very Happy New Year!!!!
Thank you Tamara! My house is busting at the seams with all my projects and it's great that these don't take up too much room! I'll be giving them to my guests though so here's one project I won't have to worry about storing. lol Have a very Happy New Year!!!
Great! You'll have fun with these because each one can have it's own look but still coordinate with the others. Thanks for watching! Happy crafting!! Have a very Happy New Year!!!
Hi Queen Glue dot! I didn't get this notification! I was wondering where you'd been hiding. Thank you for the neat trick with the glue stick too, but these place card holders are so cool! Thank you for sharing this with us. Thank you for all of your DIY's and I hope the new year brings us more from our Queen glue Dot! Happy New Year, Elaine, God bless you!

Thank you!! I'll be making 8 more for my New Years Eve dinner party as well as napkin rings and place mats to coordinate. I've got my crafting work cut out for me!! Have a very Happy New Year!!!
Yay! I'm so glad you like it and that you're going to try it!! They're really fun to make!! For the farmhouse ones you could actually glue Jenga blocks from Dollar Tree together....it would be really cute!! Happy crafting and have a very Happy New Year!!!!
I'm so glad you enjoyed it and that I inspired you Gloria! Thank you!! So happy you watched to the end for the glue stick tip too! I was so happy to learn that one!! Have a very Happy New Year!!!
Thanks for the glue stick tip as it has to work better than my chin holding it in place.😊 Since the back of the tiles are not finished I was wondering if scrapbook paper, glitter foam sheets or something else glued on would work to finish off the look of the placeholders. Happy New Year.
Lol...I actually do the same with my chin and had said it on the video but it was cut out during editing! Finishing the back of the tiles would be great! My only suggestion would be to leave the space where the clothes pin is attached without anything. I feel like it would just stick better but I could be wrong! Happy crafting and have a very Happy New Year!!!
Thank you Kim! I just finished making coordinating place mats, napkin rings and the centerpiece....oof! I didn't realize that tomorrow was New Year's Eve until this evening and then the mad dash began!! Have a very Happy New Year!!!!
