Veteran games are always the most dramatic. Even if you die N1, everyone will still go crazy with the knowledge that it was almost an instant evils loss.
I feel like veteran is really what makes you listen to the music playing at night when the end is so close but only one mess up and the town is done for, and it all comes down to a single button with a word carved into your mind… Alert.
I could be wrong on this, as the situation where a draw is delayed by a "day" action is much rarer than the night, but i think the arso did not have to instantly visit you in order to have a chance to win. However, i do think that alerting was the correct move on the basis that the arso would also be paniking about a draw as well. Because the last person during the "day" of the previous cycle, there would be no draw notification. Note that if you had arrived to that position due to a night-time death, rather than a day death, say for example, the arso killed the last other person with an ignite (let's pretend it wasn't pest), and you were staring down the arso during the day. Because there was no death for a "day-night" cycle, there would be a draw notification the next day, and the arso would be forced to visit you immediately, as you imagined in the video. Anyway, this minor discreprency I believe is the difference as for why arsonists can have their actions "hurried" seemingly randomly by the draw timer. (as arriving at a 1v1 with an arso via ignite would be a very common occurance)
Day 279 of tracking D1 survivor claims. With a Survivor's luck, they would die early in this list. Good we kept them away this time! Total Real D1 Surv Count: 59 Total Fake D1 Surv Count: 70 Total Unknown D1 Surv Count: 4 Total Survivors Who Did Not Claim D1: 60
"I'm crus I don't need a will" when there's a dead crus and the only way to be crus is the any role, AND there's 2 other crus claims, yeah you kinda do. It was so obviously Jester that if they were jester they'd be throwing. Sad thing is, they were the smart Arso of the trio
I called 12 and 15 coven from d1 as soon as 12 whispered. Also because they knew to claim vet as soon as they witched the mafioso into you. Definitely didn't seem baity to me, just more protective and taunting.
I just had a very Interesting game of coven all any there were only 5 townies 1 retri (me) 2 esc 1bg and 1 mayor who was claiming surv. there was necro in the game so I got lynched in the end only the surv claim and sk were left and then he revealed it was glorious.
I'd say the CL getting innoed when you CC was a bad play for town but There's still a possibility the Arsos(s) douse them instead of pipe after that day

Honestly i wouldn't expect a vet to have an alert by night 8. That's some serious trigger discipline there.
