11Tons , 20d Heli-rating on the foredeck, That is 1 big freak'n heli ..... The "sun-deck pad" has a 12d rating for the "small" heli...
the biggest thing that can land on the foredeck is a EC 225 (19.5 D, 11T) which i have seen also on other arab royalty owned megayachts (the ones that look alot like cruise ships).
also sikorsky s92 has a d value of 20.88 and weighs 12 tons which is close but no cigar.
for example yacht Al Said has an EC225 heli (A40-HMB) as it can be seen here:

If you went to Wilhelmshaven (aka Schlicktown) it's the North Sea where you've been spotting. That's also seen at the ugly colour of the water. The Baltic Sea is at the other (eastern) side of Denmark
