It depends... I have ryzen 5 2600 and 1650 + 16gb ram. I used to be able to play on such graphics but there is one equation tha unfortunatly works almost every time and that is: the more you play the less fps you get (ofc it doesn´t happen over night, but you can slowely fell the fps getting worse)
