I enjoyed watching your video of the door almost climb. I just have a question about the 45 minute timeframe. Does that start the moment you start climbing the stairs at the entrance or is that for you to stroll around at the very top of the outer dome?
I will be in Florence for the first time and staying in Oltrarno area for a couple weeks! It will be my home base while I check out Florence and Tuscany. Can't wait!!
That's a fun thing to do. There's a lot of history in the Domo made possible by Lorenzo Medici. I don't recall having a time limit at the top of the dome although that was quite a few years ago in 2007. It is a unique experience if you're willing to tackle the steps. My wife bought a bunch of those genuine fake watches on the street which she regreted when she had her luggage searched once in Rome and twice at Charles De Gaulle.

Wow,looks like an amazing view of Firenze! Last time I was there it I was unable to get to the top as it was summer and over crowded. Oh well, there is always another time.
I love seeing the extra scenes!!! However, a lot of the scenes are also in the Global Expats episodes, which makes it feel repetitive to watch them back to back. Do you plan to reduce the overlap in future episodes, or will the Micha channel be something we should save for later, to watch long after we've seen the Global Expats episodes, so we don't notice the repetition as much?

If you haven’t read a book called Brunelleschi’s Dome I highly recommend it. Am amazing story of the drama of mounting that dome.
