    Wow! Those drilles seems great! Thanks! I Will try them and see what happen! I have a tendancy To shift from one ski To the other without much rolling on one ski! That explain why! Not enough weigh transfer on my rolling ski.

    Great Drill Andrew! You have incredible understanding of how to teach XC skiing.
    The hops not just transfers weight, it also makes sure that you load and push off to the next glide phase.
    Hops make you automatically load your leg..

    Great job, Andrew! I can make such a hops, but everytime then I have reached about 23 km/h, I started to “sit on a toilet”.do you know how to deal with that fear?

    Hello I have got problem to glide long time on my right leg will you have tips to improve it
