Terry Cummings don't get the attention and credit he deserves from fans who didn't see him. Cummings doesn't get considered for the Hall of Fame because his stats don't jump off the page, but he was better than Marques Johnson, who he was traded for, but IS in the HOF.... Cummings was strong as an Ox and would wheel and deal on you, like Hakeem.

In college, Terry Cummings saw Teddy Grubbs, come off the bench and score 29 points against UCLA. Instead of resigning himself to sitting behind Grubbs he said, either Teddy is going to sit or someone else is going to sit. I came here to play. Teddy sat. Teddy Grubbs was maybe the most highly recruited player of his time and Terry Cummings benched him. Outworked him, out toughed him. It changed the trajectory of Teddy Grubbs life.

The story Vernon M . Told about Buck Williams, reminds me of the altercation between Carmelo Anthony and Mardy Collins. When Melo was in Denver.Carmelo was killing the Knicks in that game. And after 1 dunk, Mardy C told Melo if he do that again , he would whoop Melo's ass. The next play Anthony dunks on Collins, and Mardy Collins went after CA. But Carmelo run away😅😅😂. The young boys today like to talk so much shit but when you play pick up ball with old guys in the 40s and beyond you better respect them because you will get the shit knocked out of you if you are a loudmouth.
