FIRST TIME SPARRING IN 14 YEARS | ROUND 1

It’s been about 14 years since I sparred! It felt great! When you’re in that ring, the only thing that matters is that square circle, being present, being alert ‼️
there is so many parallels when it comes to boxing and life.
This is the first round to an incredible year ahead!
I want to give a big shout out to dawg Willis , thanks for coming out and working with your boy 💪. The first time he laced a pair of gloves was around 2010, wanting to get in shape. I was training him. To see his passion grow is fire! 🔥 he also just became a certified coach with @usaboxing 🥊🥊🥊
