Yeah, it must hurt to force your vocal chords to produce sounds in form of language even though most of the animals there don't have vocal chords specialized in communication of this sort...
1- So, in super animal royale, the tips say "Do not trust Super Animal Super Resistance (SASR) fighters. There is no rebellion.".
2- In the Safari Sundries, there are gun markings on the walls and guns and ammunition on the counter, then theres the shooting gallery sign that, well, leads to the shooting gallery, but why have a shooting gallery in the first place?
3- so that rat (not a rat), that's in the jail, I assume is Cheese Gordara, why is he in there?
What I can put toghether is that cheese gordara, founder of the sasr was upset about what i assume was how animals were treated there, because of the guns (assuming that they also allowed human visitors to hunt super animals) and begun a rebellion, probably was then arrested for the incident that begun at the super show, so, after his arrest and the outburst of fighting of super animals, the "Finch" took leadership, acting as if he was fighting for freedom, but behind that fake face of courage lies bad intention (assuming from this because he starts laughing in a evil tone at 0:58 ) (extra note, i tried to make sure it was the finch's voice by listening to other videos that have him speaking, ex: like "How the Finch Stole CRISPRmas | Super Animal Royale Tonight Season 2 Episode 2")
So what im saying is that the sasr originally had good intentions for probably good cause, but has the wrong leader

I can only assume that Cheese Goudara was aiming simply for peace and freedom of the animals, since even before 'the incident' the animals were slaves, with indication that visitors were able to hunt and kill super animals on safari's as well as there being at least one restaurant that served super animals as food, so Cheese tried to stop the exploitation, however Finch, who's much more of a radical, probably saw Cheese's methods as too soft, so he probably framed him and made everyone else in the resistance believe that Cheese is a traitor, so that he can take over as leader.
Overall, both sides are morally gray at best right?
Now, I may think the rebellion is the most extreme of the two terrible factions in this universe, but... Their music is just the best.. lol
If animals' life can only be a joke that just streaming on TV and the show is just they killing each other, they should fight back anyway.
That is why we should stand with the Rebellion.

Before anyone goes around saying that the Super Animals of SASR are perpetuating evil, let me remind you that these people are slaves fighting for their freedom. They have every right to be angry and to have taken up arms against their masters. I am honest enough to admit that what Finch has done to the movement that Goudara had started is less than ethical, but the struggle for self-determination is real nonetheless.
Pretty much the Harlan county war but with genetic manipulation and furries.

To Super Animal Royale Tonight Season 2: Episode 3: "No Such Thing as a Shore Thing"?
I think S.A.S.R and S.A.W are such an interesting conflict dynamic. A militant authoritarian faction and a revolutionary radical faction. Super Animals exist supposedly for the entertainment of Humans through violent games fighting to the last standing. I do think the thing about "Join or die" in this context is that it makes some measure of sense, given they are just killing each other as things are, regardless of any loyalties. It's why we have a lot more explicit rebel characters than S.A.W characters. Howl is the most explicit enthusiast of S.A.W, and seems the most eager to kill the Rebels. There's not much to S.A.W beyond being the ones keeping things in line so to speak. So they're likely in part responsible for various "illusions" and ideas of Super Animal Culture, including the first Skullcat story. SAR Tonight seems to be something they keep a special eye on. Why they're often targets of the Rebels. That there are two sides that define the Super Animal World, ironically there's some new measure of "entertainment" on display. The two sides BOTH feed into the problem to some extent.
Of course, there's a lot of nuance to consider like how much power Howl holds in S.A.W, the broad scale of Rebel perspective, from Finch being a mystery in his intentions, Peep and others probably being more sincere, where compassion does come to them more naturally, Catfive being probably somewhere middle of the road, but definitely more extreme and always mission ready. Of course, with some thought as well, it's also a good question where Donk actually lands in things. It'd make sense if he was loyal to S.A.W, but there's certainly some odd suggestions to the contrary too. He's an actor more than anything, but how much is his incompetence an act? It's all deeply fascinating, but there comes a point you realize you're deep diving into an in-progress story for a Battle-Royale game.
But hey, that's just a theory...

The regular super animals you play as in game are created and put in the royales against other super animals by S.A.W.
The rebellion are fighting S.A.W. therefore technically fighting FOR all the super animals who contest in the royales, however the rebellion does eliminate normal super animals that support S.A.W. even if they aren’t really apart of it. Hope this helps!
