One thing that might seem minor but I really love about these videos is that they always show Volk's teammates and his whole training team. Volkanovski is incredibly talented and works extremely hard, but it's good to remember that behind every great fighter is a great team. It might be 1v1 combat when the Octagon doors close, but Volk's camp does a great job of preparing him as well as possible for each fight. Acknowledging that fact in these videos says a lot of good things about who Volk is as a person.

Ur crazy bruh, the one time I did go to failure on a treadmill my legs turned to jelly, on a different note the days after that I felt lighter then ever and my stamina was basically at a all time high so that’s a plus in exchange for the jelly legs.

I cant do it on a treadmill but I can hit failure doing roadwork outside. I think its the changing elevations and the fact that the treadmill assists with leg turnover

@@michska53 a 6 year old who really likes MMA. She is testing for her blue belt next week and Volk is her favorite fighter. And no it wasn’t literally constant crying for weeks straight. But she did have several moments of sadness about the result during that timespan.
This shines a light onto one of the many great things about having a family. So long as they like you; one couldn’t care less about other people’s perception of them.
Here is some free advice: there is no need to add your two cents about some strangers kid. She was upset over the result. That’s it. Kids at that age still have a hard time controlling their emotions. How dare you say that she may have severe emotional issues. It is out-of-line to try and put that evil on an innocent child. volk i was 17-1 and 25-0 my last 2 years of wrestling i was really good and i woulda fought at 145 if i had followed my dream but my high school didn’t let me wrestle because of my grades and i eventually was on the run for 3 years of my life i would have loved to have fought against you bro i wish i could have became a fighter and tested my skills against you but it wasn’t my destiny, get this win for us volk we all are rooting for you
