A natural phenomenon banned in Russia

In December 2022, the so-called "laws banning LGBT people" were signed - Law No. 478-FZ of 05.12.2022 "On Amendments to the Federal Law "On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection" and Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation" and Law No. 479-FZ of 05.12.2022 "On Amendments to the Code of the Russian Federation about administrative offenses". Introduced by Law No. 479-FZ of 05.12.2022, Article 6.21 of the Administrative Code provides for fairly large fines for violators:
from 50 to 100 thousand rubles. for citizens;
from 100 to 200 thousand rubles. for officials;
from 800 thousand to 1 million rubles. for legal entities.
Russian society is concerned about the question whether the ban on LGBT propaganda extends to the rainbow and rainbow symbols? When can we assume that an offense has been committed? Is it enough just to call the company "Rainbow", hang a rainbow flag on your balcony or go for a walk in the rain with an umbrella in rainbow colors to be responsible for your thoughtless behavior? And what happens if a child draws a rainbow with chalk on the asphalt?
