Nice list! I read Travels with Charley last year, too. Really liked it, but didn't realize he had embellished some of the stories! I loved how he didn't skip the preparations for the trip, I felt that built a lot of anticipation.

Have you seen the film A Room With a View? It's one of the very few times I've said "The movie was better!"
