it's very unfortunate that people have degrees, but practically they cannot response. After taking degrees they just remain in utopia and dont even learn the very basic practical tools. Quite true, degree is not the license of success, I saw many professional degree holders, they don't know the work, but along with that they are empty from good communication skills, mean confidently they cannot even convince verbally. It's huge lacking specially and there is dire need to abridge this gape. practical orientation is must in practical degrees. Internship min. 2 years.with professional companies.
