I really needed this. I’ve been in pain with shingles for 3 weeks plus, and not much improvement. Good reading for me. It’s strongest in my neck (spine, throat and lymph node) but extends to head, some face and chest (all right side). So you aimed right at me and I did some reiki on the heart and lung area as the reading proceeded. Much of what I’ve endured in life has had symbolic meaning. One thing I’ve lacked is long term strong pain. Now I can understand better how others have been suffering. One plus to this. I’ll try more reiki now, I seldom do it for myself.

My situation started from a very bad stressful relationship where my body couldn't take all the suffering and pain anymore.. I didn't know what it was, but the pain was horrible. Now, I have physical pain related to arthritis... and I know it's something else that my soul must transcend. It's hard right now because it's a new experience... but I have faith that I will learn how to be at peace with it.

OMG, on Monday I had such pain in my stomach, crying, wondering what was going on. Then I realize it was Mercury retrograde and I was REvisiting trauma from when I was 17 years old. I sat with it, experienced it, looked at now, processed it now because I didn't then. So many things going on now that mirrored that time my life.
