Atlantic cod population continues to decline

Cod in the southern Gulf of St. Lawrence are in dire jeopardy, according to the latest stock assessment released by the Canadian government. Scientists believe huge herds of grey seals are preventing any recovery of the species. The CBC's Paul Withers reports.
