Even though Im a big Captain Tsubasa fan, I can't get over the fact, that you have to develop your New Hero through one play-through and then start over again with a new character. At least some sort of new game + would do the trick. When I first bought the game, I created 5 players in 5 playthroughs before I got the skills and attributes I wanted. Definitely not coming back to this game.
I recall that it took til the Quarterfinals or Semifinals for the Hi-Dragon Shot Appeal Mission to appear in my playthrough. Rather annoying time for it to show up cause it would've been helpful to get early on...

It was kind of bug though, I just finished created a new player Mizuki Hisahito based on Ryoma Hino, and I've S-ranked him after Senegal game (with only level 1 friendship, Tsubasa's shout is scary). Though I didn't receive anything, which was kind of suck because I was planning to exploit Japan Bomber during the campaign. I gave up and switched to Napoleon as the base (it should be Schneider, but I already chose Brazil's route). Then I watched this during the semifinal game, so I used 2 golden ball (such a waste tho because at that point I already S-ranked almost anyone I wanted). Still no result. At the end though, after I beat Brasil, I got like 30 skills/moves from appeal missions. It turns out I wasn't receiving any skills from most of my appeal missions, I just wasn't paying attention. Feckin hell, cost me my 2 precious golden balls left. I was planning to use it for my next player Usui Yuuta :(
For hi dragon shot do i do ss in shot dribble block pass etc 11 times or just one of those 11 times? Also do i need to do the appeal mission bfr he's at rank s or after, great vid bdw thanks for the help
Only in overall rank SS 11 times, that means you have to taise all your stats although S-SSS if you can, that's how you get it but you need to use golden ball, the cherished scorebook so your scores raise one level and get a higher rating than you got in the match, for example, you get S in shots when you use that it will turn to SS in shots, and if you want you can use training notebook if you have the appeal mission of hino's hi- dragon shot at 50% it will turn to 100%, so I hope this info helps you, even if it's too long
Overall SS mean the sum up of your performance which will be on top right in the match. If you use cherished scorebook then it easy. I'm not very sure if you need his card lv6 to unlock that appeal mission but use golden ball for him at semifinal or finals to make sure you done the Super shot appeal mission. Btw unfortunately I don't use Twitter :)
If we add necessary skills to our "hero" and his super dragon shoot.. Can we say is this shoot one of the best 2 power shoot of the game? What do you say is this shoot in top 2 top 3 or ....?

SS in overall mean the total which is show on top right in the match or at the end of the match, NOT SS in every skill performance, as long as you train you player good which route doesn't affect how easy you get hi dragon shot :))

yeah, the same problem with the Muaythai dribble. I still think the best dribble skill to build up power was Oda Kazumasa's skill.
