People say they could be clones (given in the world of zzz I wouldn't be surprised if cloning was also a thing) but I've always thought they could be twin sisters since their fighting styles almost work well together. So hopefully we'll get an answer
@@BanishedSilentShadow3318 In the Soldier 11 video that they posted it's definitely Anby whose voice she hears giving her advice which she promptly ignores. My guess is that they're both part of some sort of clone program, hence 11 having a number for a name and Anby's name being fully made up, and Anby was the original squad leader but she bailed to try and live her own life or because of something suitably dramatic that will make everyone sad.
@Avenger2099 makes sense, given that Nicole had 3 members who came from a previous faction group, wouldn't be surprised if Anby was part of soldier 11s squad. Would also explain why soldier 11 hates traitors the most

That last scene reminded me of Gintama. The last time Hijikata and Gintoki ate together in their favorite snack bar, they swapped bowls, concluded their favorite dishes were crappy to each other, then laughed about it.
They can come to blows on their favorite foods and they can come to agreements on their favorite foods. But the ending showed that no matter what there are some boundaries that can't be crossed, even if they understand each other.

As far as we know they are probably sisters or if scifi enough clones, 11 does call Anby 0 when switching off and her Demo or Teaser has her recalling Anby teaching her to fight
