How to Remove Unavailable Servers from Plex - Easy Fix

After reinstalling PMS PLEX on my server I've been having an issue: my list is filled with unavailable servers! This is the fix.

I tried this but the server still comes back. Anybody know how to stop that from happening?
When I do this on my PC it's gone from there but on my other devices like my Nvidia shield or my phone app it still shows the dead servers.
