In case of milestone completion you need to complete two tracks also....along with milestone assesment...contact your HR for further information or clarification

No, in case of promotion it will be added to your new compensation but the condition is you need to maintain A/B band...after C2 you can try for elevate wings 2.
@@karthikeyandv4250 its totally depends on your pace. Minimum time you need to complete all 5 milestones is around 1.5 years but that will be too rigorus. For ninja to digital you can completes milestone 1 courses within 2-3 months and take the assesment in upcoming cycle.
