Most of them moved to the new Chinatown in El Dorado neighborhood. Some of them still have businesses in this area, but they live in El Dorado

There's literally a group of Chinese near the beginning of the video. But yeah, 95% of the people in that Chinatown were Blacks.

I saw a video made by an American that described that very area as authentic, so call it excuse if you want. And those areas abound in ALL of Latin America. By the way, have you seen the last two videos on this channel? There are good areas and bad areas in every city.@@Nutty151
