I like this style of video. personally, I prefer the build-as-you-go vs a speed-build. not suggesting you do these on the regular if that's not your thing. just sayin'.

(00:44) ‘This episode is going to be very low-key and chill, if that’s your thing.’ - Low-key and chill is very our thing, so keep right on. re: (33:43) ‘Let’s do...generic.’ - Use the generic lot option a lot of times. It can just be a hassle to choose a specific lot type and then have to put in all the required items; setting it as ‘generic’ can come in very handy. re: (22:21 - 33:47)) Barber shop - Came out great, it has sort of an intentionally rundown atmosphere which fits the Strangerville aesthetic really well, nice reno/build.
