Wow ! Last time i saw this was in '79. It captures the life in Greenock during that decade perfectly. The bar brawl is perfectly filmed,reminding me of many I witnessed while playing the pub and club scene at the time. Frankie Miller was great in this but Hector Nicol's Grandad is a bit over played. A brilliant comic though.
at 3.02 granny hands Frankie Miller a cup of brewed tea. But look inside the cup. It's just hot water. No tea lol. Must have been short of cash in the BBC prop dept in the 1970's
