      Nice to mee you too! Also now the laps sounds significantly harder I doubt I could do that 3 times! Thanks for the claification on that.

    Happy birthday Tony! It’s always great to see you at the gym! I recommend doing your endurance activity either on the tread wall or steeper routes to really get that pump!

      also, dragon liver's suggestion is similar to something I hear pros talk about in interviews called a 4x4. you choose 4 boulders that are 2-4 grades below your limit, and you climb them all without rest. if it's a top-out boulder don't top out to save time. jog between boulders if they are apart from each other. between sets you rest four minutes (10 mintues for routes) and then you do the whole thing again three more times. there are rules for what happens if you fall off the boulder or route, and if you can't top the set then choose easier boulders for the next set.
      it sounds miserable, but it's definitely a thing.
