Nice estate, the road before the main gate almost put me off.Lagos state and indeed all Nigerian cities need to ban shanty shops by roadside, there should be a central place for trading, not roadside shanties.Nice one!Thank you.
@@pilimbaraka1928 Hello, thank you for watching and thank you for your comment. Yeah the road side shop makes it look untidy, however, the road network itself is not so bad 😂
You are perfectly right. I was there last August to inspect a house I plan buying and got put off by the road side shanties and street urchins. I had to eventually settle for a house in an estate at Adeniyi Jones, Ikeja. Lekki is kind of over hyped.
The estates lacks underground drainage systems and walk path for pedestrians. Nigeria still has a long way to go in terms modernisation of drainage systems.
Hello and thank you for watching. I appreciate your comment as well. However, the Megamound Estate has good drainage system and pedestrian access walk path.
Don't They Have Public Transport There Working...Cuz Why will The Estate Be Far...And Trekking is What Someone or People Should Be Doing ...Can You Pls Answer this...Cuz One is Interested In Buying Up Property In this Estate....There Should Be Public Transport..That Operates Within the Estate Abi
Hello, how you doing… Thank you so much for watching and for your comment. So yes, you’re right. I was recently informed by a resident that they have few minibuses running inside the estate.
In this estate, the annual estate due is N335,000 The monthly service charge is N15,000 And the electricity due is pay as you use. So the cost for electricity depends on the appliances you have and the usage.
This ikota is not well planed. There is no sidewalk innthat entrance street that leads to magmount. Atleast megamount put a sidewalk but idk whose steeet is that one before the megamoubt entrance. It is a mess and street look like ajegunle
It looks like somewhere along the way, they started allowing power overhead power lines. I don't believe that was a thing in the past. It's dissapointing.
