Good Morning
I have played around with it and it is an incredible Plugin and I would recommend it. It can be used with the Landscape Pro Plugin, just do your calculations in Earthwork and then input the qtys into Landscape Pro that will have your production rates, crew rates, equipment costs and so on. Landscape Pro has a light weight grading template as well. Let me know if you want me to show how I grade estimate in LP

I do not use an electrical software, I am mostly a landscape and site development estimator.
Planswift has some estimating plugins for electrical on their plugin store.

Todd is there a roundabout way to get the plug in. I just purchased plan swift and the plugin store is closed incidentally.
