if x and y have B2B Transaction and if Y utilized ITC for the first invoice.... and after that if X issued credit note what happens to that claimed ITC... ???
What will be the accounting for debit notes when seller have charged lower rate of GST than what it should be? For instance a product cost ₹100 and actually GST to be charged was 18% but I have charged 12%. So how I'll show entries in my books?

Sir, 1. The customer here, who got his Rs. 33.6 lakhs back (33 lakh value+ 3.6 lakh GST) from the supplier should also needs to reverse the Rs. 3.6/- lakh credit from ITC ledger, right ? 2. Also, if instead of reducing the transaction value, if the customer had rejected the goods altogether and returned the goods to the supplier, does that make supplier liable to reverse the ITC utilized for manufacturing of those goods since those goods would not be deemed as supply?

Not at all. Only the seller issues credit note, buyer need not issue any document.
