I remember staying in a domestic violence shelter with my 4 kids and the only album i could fall asleep to was this one. Every night for months. To this day my kids remember these songs. Now so many years later we are all safe and in a home I own. They are adults and saved by the power of Jesus Christ.
The same power healed me from drug addiction in my teenage years. I experienced many near death experiences. I failed many times in my life and picked myself backup. Only through God's grace, and my loving family who always prays for me, I was able to become someone successful in life. I am now a law enforcement officer giving back to my community, and putting my life on the line each day. For Christ our savior, I am willing to die trying to make this world a better place. My parents got a divorce. Through faith and prayer, "the same power" reunited my parents back together. In Jesus name, amen.

My Grandma passed away a week and a half ago. Her funeral was yesterday. I love this song, I heard it in a friend's car today, hadn't heard it in a while. I realized I have the power to get through this pain of losing her. And that power comes from knowing Jesus. She is safe with Him and my Grandpa in Heaven now.

My grandma Was said she was gonna die but she didn't believe that. She is still alive today thanks to Jesus! It was an infection. I'm glad she is still alive😃😊.
I couldn't sleep all night, my life is in complete turmoil. Surgery, moving across the United States, death, no matter what is said or done my love for him never fails. I prayed all night for my little boy Matthew and die, I prayed until this afternoon when I opened my mailbox. And all I could do at the mailbox is cry. Jesus is everywhere, he hears us. My little boy said mommy why are you crying, I looked at him and I said do you remember praying at dinner? I said we've been answered Matthew. And the money is from somebody I have no idea who.

I woke at 4:30 this morning and I was anxious to get the news of the election but felt the Holy Spirit leading me to hear from God first. I read Anne Graham Lotz and she spoke of God’s power to change. I was just at a Christian camp for a week and we sang this song every day in chapel and it really helps me love jesus
I couldn't sleep all night, my life is in complete turmoil. Surgery, moving across the United States, death, no matter what is said or done my love for him never fails. I prayed all night for my little boy Matthew and die, I prayed until this afternoon when I opened my mailbox. And all I could do at the mailbox is cry. Jesus is everywhere, he hears us. My little boy said mommy why are you crying, I looked at him and I said do you remember praying at dinner? I said we've been answered Matthew. And the money is from somebody I have no idea who.

I don't know if you remember this band that I saw years ago called the imperials. I was listening to a song of theirs called let the wind blow. I woke at 4:30 this morning and I was anxious to get the news of the election but felt the Holy Spirit leading me to hear from God first. I read Anne Graham Lotz and she spoke of God’s power to change. She said “The same power that transformed Planet Earth from that which was void, dark, without form, and in a fluid condition to that which was teeming with life, clothed in beauty, and reflective of the image of God is available today to change and fill empty lives.” I immediately thought of this song. I listened to this song more than once and I didn't have much to relate it to. But last night(June 17,2015) tragedy struck at a church in South Carolina as a man opened fire during bible study. I heard this news on the radio and my heart was devastated. The song I heard after learning of the news was Jeremy Camp "Same Power". I could relate to that so easily as a nation mourns.
