British Airways Boeing 737-400 - Barcelona-El Prat to Gatwick - Takeoff and Landing | 10/01/15

(G-DOCF) Boeing 737-436 smooth departure from Barcelona and blustery arrival into London Gatwick. A flight video including the taxi. takeoff, approach and landing of BAW2707 on the 10/01/15. The return leg of a day trip to Barcelona with the outbound being from Southend and arrival into Gatwick. Excellent flight, very comfortable on board a 23 year old 737. Row 4 is great for filming and the configuration is slightly different for rows 4 and 5 on the left hand side with there being only an A and C seat. Slight delay before departure with a minor issue with the forward entry door, but the issue was quickly rectified. Fantastic departure from Barcelona's RWY25L with an immediate turn after takeoff. Great engine sound from the classic CFM 3 series and a very windy landing but well controlled landing!

Awesome video! I loved the great views after the takeoff :) That immediate turn after takeoff towards the sea is very usual I think.
At 10:30 the Mallorca island silhouette on the right
At 12:20 the nice seaside village of Sitges
At 15:45 the thick fog area of the Lleida plains and beyond (very usual on sunny winter days like that one)
