Thank you so much for helping me today! So happy user error and not any machine issues. Great advice on this app for placement to boot. -O’Connor Sew and Vac are awesome on so many levels!
You used a newer & larger iPad. Yes I have the mini but I had an iPad prior to getting the 15000- it isn't the super large one you used in the video. Will the app work on my full size but older iPad?
As long as your iPad is running iOS 7.1 or later (you can check your software version of your iPad by going into the Settings app, tapping the General menu, then the About menu and it will have your software version next to "Version") it will work great.
is it suggested for the iPad Mini from the 15000? Or for this, better to have larger screen. Perhaps, once purchased, it can go on whatever iPad I'm using? Is that accurate or I have to choose. If it's a choice, what's your recommendation?
For this app the bigger screen of the non-mini will help to more easily see the onscreen smaller buttons and text. If you can get the iPad with the bigger screen it would be ideal, however the mini would work fine with this app. The app is free to download so it can go on whichever iPad you choose.
The updates are generally done via downloading the update from the Janome website. You will need to copy the program to an empty USB stick to do the upgrade and follow the instructions to complete the upgrade.

This is EXACTLY what I needed!! Thank you!!
I am drooling over this machine. And to think I just upgraded to a Brother Innovis last month....
Thank You 🎃 excellent video
Great tips. Thank you
Great video thank you. Wondered if you would do a video on realigning a design, that for whatever reason, has popped out of the hoop?
Do you happen to know if the Elna equivalent of the 15000 also works with the AcuSetter app?
Does this work with any purchased design from anywhere or does the design have to be a special format? Thank you

What app name?
Is this only for the 15000? I just bought the 12000....would love to use it on my machine...the 12000
It is only for the Janome wi-fi enabled machines. The 12000, however, does not have this capability.
Does the 15000 need to be updated before using the Acusetter App?
Yes, update version 2.10 will allow you to use the AcuSetter app wirelessly with the 15000.
My 15000 needs the update. Can it be done by phone because I'm hours away from the store?

It needs scrapping and you need to buy a new one! Lololololol
