Right sir, everyone has different talents and we can't just judge someone based on their rank in some competitive exams.
Some of my college professors are NET qualified and are very much knowledgeable, but what I personally feel is they are not made for teaching profession as whatever they teach, every single topic goes like bouncer. You despite not being able to crack NET, you're a very very good teacher. Having the skill to crack competetive exams is one thing, having knowledge is one thing and having the skills to impart it to others is something different. (Some people have all the mentioned skills tho)

Sir truly speaking I can relate with you very much ...as u told about knowledge based studing and just exam based studying ...it always happens with me bcoz I always use to focus in knowledge based studying and my friends who use to just focus on exam based studying gets higher marks than me but when anybody asks them to explain any topic they are unable to do so... your words that just don't judge your self on marks is very true .

This same things happened with me.... while I prepare for csir net , I just looked at syllabus once , then I start studying withy own style, detail study,, ,,,,never practice previous yr qstn ,,that was my blunder,,,just bcz of my wrong strategy , I can't even now clear csir life sciences, 2.5 yr already gone...but I work in a coaching centre as a biology and chemistry teacher , as I am biochemistry background.. students like my lecture and also get good score in their board exam ,,but still I can't clear csir ...and I questioned my self , am I dump !!!....
But this video open my eye,,,,from that day, I never be disappointed.

I came cross this channel randomly and this is the first vedio that im watching...im so so happy that people like you are there who came out as true inspiration for 99prcnt students who are not able to Qualify exams. Im a goldmedalist since 5 years nd B.sc and M.sc but unable to qualiy csir during M.Sc but now im preparing for it. This vedio changed my mind towards a lot of things.

Sir today by watching this video of yours I am able to relate my situation. I am working as an Associate Researcher at CSIR-NML & also pursuing Ph.D in Chemical Science, but still my chemistry is not as good as it should be, due to lake of basic concepts of chemistry. I have passed out my complete syllabus of Masters just by watching your videos. Right now I am planning to attempt CSIR NET, but due to slow studies and time dependency or hectic schedule of job, I have forgotten whatever chemistry I know, I think i am a slow learner too like you. But right now this video of yours has inspired me a lot. It seems like goosebumps.

Honestly speaking, i can completely relate myself with you.. no exposure during graduation, pg ..same year passed out.. specialisation in physical chemistry .. and the thing is i was preparing to give csir bt the way i started preparing is not from exam point of view, no smart study .. i cannot resist myself from searching one topic in such a detail (every good u tube channel, quora , chemistry stack exchange, libre texts.. ) and the topic which i have to cover in 3-4 days, i use to get that completed in 15 days.... i mean so much content in detail about one topic to have a crystal clear understanding is just u know so much satiating...now the situation is like long sitting is so much painful due to cervical.. sometimes feel like quitting but won't bcz chemistry is so interesting tht one cannot feel bore if studied in detail... 🙂 no pain no gain...don't stop until u r done ... n moreover hardwork never goes waste , 'll pay u in one or another way... ur channel is so good.. too good teaching skills..

I have given failed 20 CSIR attempts and the same dumb feelings I felt as you shared in video. I literally reached to lowest confidence level in 2018 and you rightly said some of are not made for entrance test .
I am working in research based industry (since 10 years )and I know more than PhD fellows but without degree MNCs and even PhD fellows don't give values.
I always feel bed for not clearing exam but feel always proud for my courage, efforts and knowledge. But the regret will always remain , Thank you for casual conversation🤗
