Hi Madisun, I'm from Germany and really like your content! Generally I love videos, podcasts, book, ... which deal with slow living, minimalism, family und living a life mindful life with less stress and more of what you love. THIS IS THE BEST AUTHENTIC AND APPEALING VIDEO I watched the last months. Thank your for beeing so real and in particular for showing it. My two oldest sons are almost 17 and 15 and both have done loads of art in that time. I take pictures of their best and every year I ask them to declutter their art. They surprise me and usually get rid of most all of it and they keep the best in a binder with clear protectors. It is highly selective and then we have the digital folder filled with extras. It makes me happy to look through to see what they did at 6 compared to 16. They have improved so much.
I hope you are able to reach your goals. They are all great. I had a podcast for two years with my husband about our minimalism and it was like 10 years ago we did that. I miss it some days and he said recently he does too, but our lives wouldn't be able to fit it in right now. I hope you have a great time with it.
Just found you last week when I decided to declutter my home. I was spinning my wheels for so long, wasting hours moving stuff around my house aka tidying. You’ve helped me to uncover what’s really going on. Now to do the actual work. I decluttered but now the real work begins. I’m here for your support and great story telling! Love your channel Madisun, dont ever become respondent about what you are posting, as you have changed my life completely. Even at 65 I am still learning about minimilism and slow living. I quite often rewatch your old videos because they are so calming. I wish I had bought my children up the way you are, but I probably wouldnt have been brave enough. Laughed when your family went through your donation boxes .... I do my decluttering when my family is out and make very quick trips to the big bins at my work, otherwise nothing would go out. Great video as usual 😊. However, I think this time, my favorite part of the video was seeing your kids playing with their Christmas presents. Having seen in a previous video what you got for them and some of your doubts and hopes regarding the gifts, it was wonderful to see how your kids enjoyed them. If/when you move out of your current house I'll miss all your ocean b-roll, but in other ways I look forward to the changes other aspects of your life will have to take and adapt to. Such as your 10-item wardrobe and how it will change with your location. It was my inspiration for doing my own 10-item wardrobe, which I can happily say I have now had a full year with

Attachment ?? I find this one I have to play with it.. so I leave the ornament out, I see it daily, recognise it and feel if I need it or just want it..
what type of connection our things have on us.. I said to my husband, if he doesnt get his garage in order because if he dies before me, im not going to know whats worth anything and all these years of his hoarding will go in the bin.. he wasn't too fussed on the him dying first part but could understand the reasons.. . I am the youngest of 10 & clothes are my weak link.. I dont fight it no more but I am going through them more often & donating a bag or 2 every month.. im also looking for my style.. I love boho, hippie so I feel it's making my choices on my bags and bags of clothes. to go through them, even if I remove just one, im happy.. its my struggle and im doing ok..
