FirstBank Annual Merit Awards (FAMA) is a recognition annual event that acknowledges employees for their contributions to the Bank across various categories. It is an excellent opportunity and platform to recognise and celebrate the hard work and dedication of employees across the Bank. Just as in previous years, the event was a hybrid one (750 live guests & thousands broadcasted to online, with full participation from 7 subsidiaries in different locations.
