No, she didn't say she was more interested in going to Europe than the border. When she said, "And I haven't been to Europe ," she was trying to make a point. Her point was that she hasn't been to a lot of places and the border is just one of the many places she hasn't been to.
She was trying to downplay the fact that her assistants went to observe the border but she didn't even though Biden gave her the job of fixing the border.
Hope this clarifies the interview.
