I personally think Destoroyah would win this battle. Well yes, grand King Ghidorah has op regenerative abilities, the micro oxygen emitted by Destoroyah's variable slicer and oxygen destroyer ray would at least slow the regen of GKG, or even completely dissolve GKG's body. In the 1954 Godzilla film, it was stated by Dr. Serizawa that a small amount of the oxygen destroying particles would devastate Tokyo, and almost all of Destoroyah's abilities could emit a large amount of some sort of the oxygen destroying particles, although it may be weaker than the original particles in the 1954 movie. However, the fact that one of Toho's most powerful kaiju (Mothra Leo) needed to time travel back tens of millions of years to defeat the weaker version of GKG says a lot about GKG power's. GKG vs Destoroyah would be an epic fight no doubt.
Ghidorah isn't really built to take on something like Destoroyah.. I mean, I can't really picture Ghidorah's aggression and flying abilities being a factor at all, because if he gets near the MASSIVE Destoroyah, he's going to get physically overwhelmed. Destoroyah isn't Mothra or even Godzilla for that matter. He's a much larger hyper aggressive monster than anything that any version of Ghidorah has ever faced. Plus just look at the way they are built. One is a long necked winged dragon with no arms. He is NOT physically built to face a huge thickly built creature with a giant horn, two arms, thicker wings, and bigger teeth. Ghidorah just isn't built to face anything like Destoroyah. His wings are a weak point, his necks are weak points, his aggression is actually a weak point as well because his only chance of surviving will be speed and ranged attacks. Which Destoroyah is perfectly capable of dishing out as well.. I don't know man, I just don't see a scenario where Ghidorah survives a fight with Destoroyah. Everything Godzilla has used to defeat Ghidorah EVERY SINGLE TIME, Destoroyah does ten times better than Godzilla. Plus he can even fly unlike Godzilla. It took Godzilla's strongest form just to equal Destoroyah, and he never needed that level of power to straight up beat Ghidorah in the past... I think you're sleeping on just how powerful Destoroyah actually is. He wins this fight relatively easy in my opinion.

3:54 This is mistake. The burning heat ray is not the same as the one used in the previous films. Even there, they were different rays. The Burning Heat Ray is like an enhanced version of the base beam which is stronger than the base ray but weaker than the spirals ones from the previous films. Why do I say so? Because in the movie, when he fought with Super X3, he was made from the remains of Moguera, which did not withstand the spiral, but withstood this ray. The pilots came to the conclusion that Godzilla's heat ray had become more powerful. Obviously, this comparison was with his usual atomic breath, and not with spiral ones. If so, this beam would destroy the Super X3 in one volley. So it's weaker

One factor I feel everyone keeps forgetting about Destoroyah is his ability to adapt. He is capable of adapting to any foe he faces and constantly grows more and more powerful. That's the main reason why he could take on Burning Godzilla in the first place. Not only can he adapt to the way a kaiju fights, but also how to challenge their abilities. So even if Grand King Ghidorah would get the upper hand, Destoroyah would eventually get the upper hand and both overwhelm and overpower him. In addition, you seriously undermined how durable Destoroyah really is. While his chest is a temporary weakpoint, the entire rest of his body is near indestructible, as it can body burning Godzilla's strongest attacks, and the only known way Destoroyah can be killed is if he is if his body becomes suddenly frozen before extreme temperatures are brought upon (or crushed like Jet Jaguar did one time in the comics). All's this to say, Grand King Ghidorah physically cannot kill Destoroyah. Technically, he could try and destroy all him when he spits into pieces, but that would just mean Ghidorah gets surrounded and drained before Destoroyah recombines and kills him
I'd argue Destoroyah one shot's, Armored mothra isn't even Heisei Mechagodzilla level as in a Guidebook where Mothra leo fights all heisei godzilla's foe's. she is stuck on Mechagodzilla and would need to attack the mech from the inside. The guide talks about switching forms mid fight. so this would include armored mothra. While Destoroyah is relative to Burning Godzilla who'd one shot All of his previous foes without a second though. Also I don't think the barrier would count as durability, but instead for abilities. as Grand king ghidorah's barrier's are abilities.
I think you give dest too much lee-weigh, he isn’t that powerful compared to the other heisei kaiju’s I mean he wasn’t able to pierce heisei while biollante could, and he has so many dam weaknesses like chest weaknesses and a weakness to extreme temperatures, a single punch to the chest from heisei made dest cough out blood, and he was killed by freeze rays, so I can actually see most heisei Kaiju to just slam through dest, especially space goji.
Tbh a very interesting fight would be Destroyah vs Shin Godzilla. Because on the surface there very similar, both are a bunch of little guys forming together to be one big thing around 120met and both have some really strong beams. But in my opinion I think destroyah would probably win(depends on if mico oxygen can kill shins cells which it probably would)
I wonder if we ever do get a Monsterverse Destroyah and if people were to put debates with him against Monsterverse Ghidorah, Ghidorah would probably win
@GodzillaGuyy Also how reliable GK Ghidorah's barrier and defenses are, as without them, Destoroyah is just infinitely more durable due to the unique circumstances in which he can actually die, and the factor the Destoroyah can tank Burning Godzilla's infinite heat ray which is to date the strongest Godzilla beam. Also, Destoroyah regenerates fast, and it would be very difficult for GK Ghidorah to kill enough of them before he regenerates with know how in killing the king
I feel like the movie implied it took him 65 million years for grand king ghidorah to attack again since he only emerged when mothra came back present day and I wouldn't see why he wouldn't attack earlier unless he'd fully recovered. You mentioning Agility makes me imagine Destoryah and king ghidorah ducking and weaving like ninjas pfft!
While destoroyah might decombine will the smaller destroyahs be close enough together for the dom to trap them all? Last i checked the smaller creatures can be pretty spreaded out.

I hate to say this but Lord Ghidorah will totally destroy (no pun intended) Destoroyah! Look Destroyah is powerful in his own right and he’s 1 of the few monsters that successfully killed The King Of The Monsters but is he known to wipe millions upon millions of types of civilizations out of the face of the universe? No! Is he known to annihilate galaxies, destroy planets and tried to conquer earth and fighted the mighty King Of The Monsters many times? No! Is he a badass 3 headed dragon that has the word King in its name, shoots lighting from his mouth and can generate an category 7 hurricane with just a single flap of its wings? No! I feel like Destroyah is perfect as an Anti-Godzilla (even though he still lost cuz Burning Goji is insane) due to his Oxygen Destroyer origins, and I'd put Ghidorah as a perfect Anti-Destroyah, considering his immunity to the Oxygen Destroyer (being an ET) which is where Destroyah came from. This sort of makes them a Rock Paper Scissors sort of affair, despite Goji still being able to beat both of them. It should be something like GK Ghidorah > Destroyah > Goji > GK Ghidorah but ultimately Goji, as stated, beats them both anyway. Also, if you consider GK Ghidorah to be stronger than MV Ghidorah, MV lifted the near 100,000 ton (during KotM, he was like 164k tons in GvK) Goji into the stratosphere to drop him, so you might be able to scale off of that.

That said, I brought up MV Ghidorah to be used as a measure of GK Ghidorah's strength, since Godzilla Guy didn't have a strength feat for GK Ghidorah to use since he has no lifting feat, really. MV Ghidorah lifted a heavier Goji than Destroyah's feat of dragging Heisei Goji through the city, by nearly 40,000 tons (Heisei Goji that Destroyah was dragging around weighed 60k metric tons/65k tons, MV Goji in KotM weighed 90k metric tons/100k tons and MV Ghidorah lifted him into the stratosphere which is a FAR greater strength feat than Destroya, almost double the weight & he lifted him into the sky - if GK Ghidorah is stronger than MV Ghidorah, he should also be MUCH stronger than Destroyah - to be clear I'm referring to physical strength).

Everyone talking it's toxic to hold Destoroyah on the pedestal that he's on... yet forget his most dangerous ability is to break down opponents DNA and futher mutate his own abilities like he did with Junior(look at wikizilla) we don't know the limits of that ability. Yes Grand King Ghidorahs regeneration is insane but Destoroyahs Durability is better and abilities are better. You all want to compare power I understand Mothra struggling to do anything against modern Grand King Ghidorah and while im not denying Mothra's power in the rebirth series. Just compared the power output of Burning theres a big difference in terms of what each can do and someways yes Mothra has advantages over Godzilla but power output isn't one of them and constantly has to change forms to do anything meaningful against Grand King Ghidorah. Both Destoroyah and Godzilla were neck and neck up until meltdown when Godzilla unleashed the infinite spiral ray. Im sorry but Destoroyah wins.
@GodzillaGuyy Even if Grand King Ghidorah could put the dome down the corrosive effect is not doing anything if Destoroyah tries to leave said dome as his durability is insane. Not to mention he can Disassemble himself down to the molecular level and leave said dome that way. If we're putting speed up against durability a majority of the time durability is going to win look at Megaguirus and Millennium goji in that regard and while im not saying Grand King is that spongy but he ain't no Destoroyah just because he's got regenerative properties so what so does Destoroyah. As I said Destoroyah takes Grand King Ghidorahs DNA while Grand King Ghidorah is faster eventually to try end said fight he will have to ground himself because Destoroyah's durability is too insane to not be able to get in close.
Personally on my opinion I’d say this is how dest does against every kg: Showa- dest wins Heisei Ghidorah (91)- absolute slaughter Dest SLAMS MKG- Dest wins no surprise Desghidorah- Desg would likely piss off dest due to the whole immortality thing making it a stalemate or dest eventually being too stubborn to give up the fight & exhausts his resources all while dealing with desg basically life sapping his aggrogates lives slowly chipping away at him Grand KG- GKG wins, grand is stated in his film appearance to be stronger than desghidorah despite not being immortal & has the kit to keep on par with Dest despite the size disadvantage Kaiser- dest just lops off all 3 heads in one go not really a fight when the dude has zero regenerative abilities Ghidorah 2019(MZ)- Dest, long annoying battle for dest but dest would still win due to so much firepower to his advantage vs monster zero who has a limited arsenal (not saying mz doesn’t stand a chance) Void- I really don’t need to answer this for how unfair it is lol

Okay, Ghidorah could definitely take on Destroyah but _Grand King Ghidorah?_ Grand King Ghidorah is half Destroyah’s size, he’d stand no chance. It took Mothra Leo slicing through him in his Armour form to kill him, but Destroyah could easily do the same and dissect him with his Horn Katana. Now, you want a real threat? Monsterverse, Heisei, Keizer and Void Ghidorah could all take on Destroyah no problem, but _Grand King Ghidorah?_ I have a feeling this would happen if they were scaled up to the same size as stated in the video: Grand King Ghidorah would be at a disadvantage due to his physiology not being meant for combat, unlike Destroyah. His necks would easily end up becoming a target for Destroyah, who’d likely cleave all three off with his Horn Katana in one swipe since he nearly bisected Burning Godzilla with a few swipes. Grand King Ghidorah’s wings are also a weak point since Destroyah could cut them off or damage them until they become unusable, then Grand King Ghidorah would be defenceless. His Gravity Beams would do some damage, yes, but if Destroyah could tank the much stronger Infinite Heat Ray FIVE TIMES IN A ROW, then he’d tank the Gravity Beams with minimal injuries. Grand King Ghidorah does have a few other abilities like generating force fields, but those wouldn’t really help him against Destroyah. Another weakness is the fact that Grand King Ghidorah lacks arms, while Destroyah has two arms and a pincer on the tip of his tail, equating to three arms. Destroyah is also ridiculously fast compared to Grand King Ghidorah. Overall, Grand King Ghidorah would do some damage, but Destroyah would be able to kill him with low difficulty.

He took 5 consecutive Infinite Heat Rays to the chest and survived, not to mention it took Burning Godzilla AND the military to kill him. Armour Mothra is still powerful but no where near as strong as Burning Godzilla was, so I doubt Destroyah, who nearly killed the latter, would lose. He’d struggle a little but since he can also fly, he’d be able to take on Grand King Ghidorah and win.

I respectfully disagree. If I’m not mistaken, grand struggled again mothra Leo, who couldn’t even scratch super mechagodzilla. So destroyah would easily beat grand king ghidorah. Grand also can’t mind control destroyah, because destroyah has Godzilla’s dna, and Godzilla was able to resist mind control.
I think one thing you forget is the energy dome you described as being Destroyah's prison is we don't know if it has a bottom. If it doesn't. Destroyah can just go straight to aggerate form and burrow out of it. since they are known to do that as they are seen bursting from the ground.

another mv fanboy I see, any person with brain cells can debunk your theory in minutes. First of all, Dest takes strength. He was able to be on par with burning (which ragdolled the 70,000 metric ton king ghidorah and lifted the 150,000 metric ton mechagodzilla) and dragged the 60,000 metric ton burning around tokyo then through him with ease. Monster zero on the otherhand only carried the 99,000 metric ton godzilla and dropped him. For example, carrying a 99 lb object is way easier than throwing a 60 lb object. Speed and agility goes to mz. Regen goes to dest, because dest split into smaller forms when he was dying and reformed his entire body in just a few minutes. Monster zero isn't proved to regenerate it's entire body, only it head. Durability goes to Destoroyah by a mile, destoroyah was able to survive heisei's spiral burning heat ray, which is alot stronger than the red spiral heat ray that killed space godzilla. And space godzilla was able to survive a blackhole, that means that dest can survive a blackhole just as well. Abilities are equal. Exp goes to dest since he was a crab from 500 million years ago. beam power is prob dest but their beams have different functions, one is made out of micro oxygen and the other is electricity. speed goes to dest, mz flys at mach 0.8 and dest is estimated to fly between mach 1-3. Also you forgot power, ap/dc, scaling, stamina, and endurance which all goes to dest too. Dest is atleast solar system level while mz is plantary level at max.

I disagree Grand King Adora was defeated by mothra Leo which is weaker than Super Mecca Godzilla even in armoured form and can do nothing to Super Mecca Godzilla except for go inside him and mess with his wires and destoroyah is stronger than super Mecca Godzilla so grand King Adora can do literally nothing to destoroyah

monster zero can easily kill destroyah as the crab has no way of permenantly killing him while ghidorah is faster and can range camp him with the gravity beams that are as hot as the sun, it will take a while but fr ghidorah cant lose, he can regen easily from the slices and doesnt really get damaged by the oxygen attacks, and then he can just blast the little crabs to death, so even tho statistically destroyah is superior, mv ghidorah would smoke his ass.

3:54 This is mistake. The burning heat ray is not the same as the one used in the previous films. Even there, they were different rays. The Burning Heat Ray is like an enhanced version of the base beam which is stronger than the base ray but weaker than the spirals ones from the previous films. Why do I say so? Because in the movie, when he fought with Super X3, he was made from the remains of Moguera, which did not withstand the spiral, but withstood this ray. The pilots came to the conclusion that Godzilla's heat ray had become more powerful. Obviously, this comparison was with his usual atomic breath, and not with spiral ones. If so, this beam would destroy the Super X3 in one volley. So it's weaker

One factor I feel everyone keeps forgetting about Destoroyah is his ability to adapt. He is capable of adapting to any foe he faces and constantly grows more and more powerful. That's the main reason why he could take on Burning Godzilla in the first place. Not only can he adapt to the way a kaiju fights, but also how to challenge their abilities. So even if Grand King Ghidorah would get the upper hand, Destoroyah would eventually get the upper hand and both overwhelm and overpower him.
In addition, you seriously undermined how durable Destoroyah really is. While his chest is a temporary weakpoint, the entire rest of his body is near indestructible, as it can body burning Godzilla's strongest attacks, and the only known way Destoroyah can be killed is if he is if his body becomes suddenly frozen before extreme temperatures are brought upon (or crushed like Jet Jaguar did one time in the comics). All's this to say, Grand King Ghidorah physically cannot kill Destoroyah. Technically, he could try and destroy all him when he spits into pieces, but that would just mean Ghidorah gets surrounded and drained before Destoroyah recombines and kills him
I'd argue Destoroyah one shot's, Armored mothra isn't even Heisei Mechagodzilla level as in a Guidebook where Mothra leo fights all heisei godzilla's foe's. she is stuck on Mechagodzilla and would need to attack the mech from the inside. The guide talks about switching forms mid fight. so this would include armored mothra. While Destoroyah is relative to Burning Godzilla who'd one shot All of his previous foes without a second though. Also I don't think the barrier would count as durability, but instead for abilities. as Grand king ghidorah's barrier's are abilities.

Because on the surface there very similar, both are a bunch of little guys forming together to be one big thing around 120met and both have some really strong beams. @GodzillaGuyy Also how reliable GK Ghidorah's barrier and defenses are, as without them, Destoroyah is just infinitely more durable due to the unique circumstances in which he can actually die, and the factor the Destoroyah can tank Burning Godzilla's infinite heat ray which is to date the strongest Godzilla beam. Also, Destoroyah regenerates fast, and it would be very difficult for GK Ghidorah to kill enough of them before he regenerates with know how in killing the king

I feel like Destroyah is perfect as an Anti-Godzilla (even though he still lost cuz Burning Goji is insane) due to his Oxygen Destroyer origins, and I'd put Ghidorah as a perfect Anti-Destroyah, considering his immunity to the Oxygen Destroyer (being an ET) which is where Destroyah came from. This sort of makes them a Rock Paper Scissors sort of affair, despite Goji still being able to beat both of them. It should be something like GK Ghidorah > Destroyah > Goji > GK Ghidorah but ultimately Goji, as stated, beats them both anyway.
Also, if you consider GK Ghidorah to be stronger than MV Ghidorah, MV lifted the near 100,000 ton (during KotM, he was like 164k tons in GvK) Goji into the stratosphere to drop him, so you might be able to scale off of that.

Everyone talking it's toxic to hold Destoroyah on the pedestal that he's on... yet forget his most dangerous ability is to break down opponents DNA and futher mutate his own abilities like he did with Junior(look at wikizilla) we don't know the limits of that ability. Yes Grand King Ghidorahs regeneration is insane but Destoroyahs Durability is better and abilities are better. You all want to compare power I understand Mothra struggling to do anything against modern Grand King Ghidorah and while im not denying Mothra's power in the rebirth series. Just compared the power output of Burning theres a big difference in terms of what each can do and someways yes Mothra has advantages over Godzilla but power output isn't one of them and constantly has to change forms to do anything meaningful against Grand King Ghidorah. Not to mention he can Disassemble himself down to the molecular level and leave said dome that way. If we're putting speed up against durability a majority of the time durability is going to win look at Megaguirus and Millennium goji in that regard and while im not saying Grand King is that spongy but he ain't no Destoroyah just because he's got regenerative properties so what so does Destoroyah. Showa- dest wins
Heisei Ghidorah (91)- absolute slaughter Dest SLAMS
MKG- Dest wins no surprise
Desghidorah- Desg would likely piss off dest due to the whole immortality thing making it a stalemate or dest eventually being too stubborn to give up the fight & exhausts his resources all while dealing with desg basically life sapping his aggrogates lives slowly chipping away at him
Grand KG- GKG wins, grand is stated in his film appearance to be stronger than desghidorah despite not being immortal & has the kit to keep on par with Dest despite the size disadvantage
Kaiser- dest just lops off all 3 heads in one go not really a fight when the dude has zero regenerative abilities
Ghidorah 2019(MZ)- Dest, long annoying battle for dest but dest would still win due to so much firepower to his advantage vs monster zero who has a limited arsenal (not saying mz doesn’t stand a chance)

Okay, Ghidorah could definitely take on Destroyah but _Grand King Ghidorah?_ Grand King Ghidorah is half Destroyah’s size, he’d stand no chance. It took Mothra Leo slicing through him in his Armour form to kill him, but Destroyah could easily do the same and dissect him with his Horn Katana.
Now, you want a real threat? Monsterverse, Heisei, Keizer and Void Ghidorah could all take on Destroyah no problem, but _Grand King Ghidorah?_ I have a feeling this would happen if they were scaled up to the same size as stated in the video:
Grand King Ghidorah would be at a disadvantage due to his physiology not being meant for combat, unlike Destroyah. His necks would easily end up becoming a target for Destroyah, who’d likely cleave all three off with his Horn Katana in one swipe since he nearly bisected Burning Godzilla with a few swipes. Grand King Ghidorah’s wings are also a weak point since Destroyah could cut them off or damage them until they become unusable, then Grand King Ghidorah would be defenceless. His Gravity Beams would do some damage, yes, but if Destroyah could tank the much stronger Infinite Heat Ray FIVE TIMES IN A ROW, then he’d tank the Gravity Beams with minimal injuries. Grand King Ghidorah does have a few other abilities like generating force fields, but those wouldn’t really help him against Destroyah. Another weakness is the fact that Grand King Ghidorah lacks arms, while Destroyah has two arms and a pincer on the tip of his tail, equating to three arms. Destroyah is also ridiculously fast compared to Grand King Ghidorah.
Overall, Grand King Ghidorah would do some damage, but Destroyah would be able to kill him with low difficulty.

He took 5 consecutive Infinite Heat Rays to the chest and survived, not to mention it took Burning Godzilla AND the military to kill him. Armour Mothra is still powerful but no where near as strong as Burning Godzilla was, so I doubt Destroyah, who nearly killed the latter, would lose. He’d struggle a little but since he can also fly, he’d be able to take on Grand King Ghidorah and win.

I think one thing you forget is the energy dome you described as being Destroyah's prison is we don't know if it has a bottom. If it doesn't. Destroyah can just go straight to aggerate form and burrow out of it. since they are known to do that as they are seen bursting from the ground.

He was able to be on par with burning (which ragdolled the 70,000 metric ton king ghidorah and lifted the 150,000 metric ton mechagodzilla) and dragged the 60,000 metric ton burning around tokyo then through him with ease. Monster zero on the otherhand only carried the 99,000 metric ton godzilla and dropped him. For example, carrying a 99 lb object is way easier than throwing a 60 lb object. Speed and agility goes to mz. Regen goes to dest, because dest split into smaller forms when he was dying and reformed his entire body in just a few minutes. Monster zero isn't proved to regenerate it's entire body, only it head. Durability goes to Destoroyah by a mile, destoroyah was able to survive heisei's spiral burning heat ray, which is alot stronger than the red spiral heat ray that killed space godzilla. And space godzilla was able to survive a blackhole, that means that dest can survive a blackhole just as well. Abilities are equal. Exp goes to dest since he was a crab from 500 million years ago. beam power is prob dest but their beams have different functions, one is made out of micro oxygen and the other is electricity. speed goes to dest, mz flys at mach 0.8 and dest is estimated to fly between mach 1-3. Also you forgot power, ap/dc, scaling, stamina, and endurance which all goes to dest too. Dest is atleast solar system level while mz is plantary level at max.

I feel like you put grand king ghidora as the one that has the most ability’s not the strongest kind though but if you had gotten kizer king ghidora then he would win 🏆 probably because he could switch form like the fist form then to his last form but if destroyha manages to take some energy and become way stronger then ever and how I think kizer would win if he used his first form to weaken destroyha and then he has the opportunity to evolve to his last form then he would kill destroyha but only if Monster x could fight a little longer also kizer ghidora can not fly so meaning if destroyha could constricting kizer ghidora and pushing him around.
