So glad I bumped into your gks series because it has helped me a lot from formulating and finalizing my essays and as well as the structuring of it. Wow, Mattew's interview questions are very deep in academics! @Jocopie KGSP 대한싱가포르인 this video section gives me another perspective on how I write my documents with yours before. it's good to know how other people write theirs and share with pleasure. Thanks! :))
Hi Jo~ thank you so much this video was really helpful! I wanted to ask, when your friend mentioned that there was a researcher in his interview panel, who would this researcher be? Would it be a researcher who is related to our field of study?
The research who was present during our interviews was just one who does academia i think! So she was the one who asked us questions abt our research topic!
hi jo thank you so much for this! just wanted to ask if i graduated from my undergrad 5 years ago so i was wondering if it's still better to submit both recommendation letters from my professors then or would it be okay to have one from my employer?
Hi Jo! I was wondering if I should/could also highlight that I was a finalist for the Rhodes Scholarship in my application? I’m unsure if doing so would ‘dazzle’ my application or would make it irrelevant. Thank you so much for explaining everything in depth! This series has been super helpful 😭
Hi! Thank you so much for such important information! I'm kinda confused about something different like letter of recommendation lol... So, we have form 5 and our recommenders need to fill this form and write separately letters of recommendation, right? And then I need to put all documents in ONE envelope? Sorry if this sounds rude~ I'm new here but already love your video soooo much, thank you~~~~~~~~~~
This is very helpful. Thank you. How do I number and level the documents on the top right corner? In my case I don't submit form number 4. So when I number the 5th form do i write "5. Statement of purpose" or "4. Statement of purpose?"
Hey, thanks again for this information. I'm a little confused about the number of pages you're allowed to write for the statement of purpose. Form 3 (statement of purpose) has 3 sections - lang study plan, goal of study and future plan, right? The instruction at the top of form 3 states that "you should type no more than 2 pages", but does that mean max 2 pages for all the 3 sections all together, or max 2 pages for language study plan , max 2 pages for goal of study, etc? Thanks a lot in advance!
Noona how you taught yourself to know korean language by just your own ways? Or getting TOPIK LEVEL 6? How long did you study korean noona? I am currently studying Korean since last past 6 months, I can read all of the words in korean (한글) but I can’t understand, just I think 20% of them that I can understand if I read korean stuffs. Noona can you recommend me any kind of ways to drive my self to be good in korean or to understand them What are the different ways you did to know korean language as a typical Koreans do🇰🇷? 1. i have an mba degree but i will be applying for a master’s program again should i submit my master’s diploma and transcript even when it was stated that there is no need to submit it when applying for a master’s program? 2. If there is no need to submit it. For uni track should i contact a professor? Thank you very much
Hi jocopie, I'm an Accountancy, Business and Management Diploma holder and on my freshman year in my country but there is no business management related to the offered program in KGSP, Is it okay to apply into different program like engineering? Thank you.
Hi! Just wanted to ask, am I able to apply to go to Korea University and take the economics course through the scholarship? As I heard the scholarship only allowed natural science and engineering courses… And what would be an example of the GPA I need from poly? And would I still have a chance to be accepted even though I am not really an all rounder, does not know any Korean, and my primary school results sucks 😢 also is there any tips you have on how to learn Korean ourselves?
