- Rockstar finally released a trailer for a new update! In this video I quickly go over everything we know so far about The Contract DLC, such as the general story, characters, equipment and possible location of the agency.

Pretty sure the agency is Franklins own business. It's in its own location but the armory is the building we buy. I feel like it might have a research mechanic like the Gunrunning update. I feel like this update is going to be a really fulfilling one. I hope...

Personally, I really hated the research mechanic in the gunrunning update, it felt too annoying to constantly get materials or pay to research things.
I’m just happy to see that Chop is doing well.
Really interested to see what the EMP launcher is like.
Think raygun but stops cars/planes/jets for 5 seconds.
Its gana be basically garbage if its like what the cheaters use already.
@@Xanthro2 i was thinking the same thing but itll sure as hell stop a mk2 think about it mk2 chasing yoy down in the cuty while ur in a night shark you shoot it behind you emping the mk2 then you jump out stun with the stun gun and then gun him when hes down!!! the biggest spit in the face if I've ever seen one to all mk2 greifers

Like raygun knock down some one on ground to then shoot um, rather just bst explosive sniper um tbh.
It will be fun to mess with and if there adding to just "be a toy" rather then needed in a mission or setup, i'll be disapointed.
It is kinda nice to see stungun as something other then a cheaters weapon since it been in the game for ages.
Have you seen the emp proximity mines? Im guessing its just that except they are launched out

@@tooolie The Heists update takes place before story mode(Early 2013) so we don't quite know what Trevor is up to in 2021. He was referenced by Ron during the Smuggler's Run update which takes place in 2017 ua-cam.com/video/tG9pPF_Mz5g/v-deo.html Apparently he stayed in Los Santos and "abandoned" Ron.
And then there's Michael whom we haven't heard of since 2013 but it makes sense because his hole story arc was about retiring from the criminal lifestyle. He could have a small appearance though, just as a small easter egg or something
I'm expecting the Compact EMP Launcher to be the next weapon to encounter the Mosquitos.

Heard nothing about this dlc so when you said Franklin I started freaking out and when you said Dr. Dre I practically lost it
find it hard for them to add Dre and not have Em to be in SOMEHOW so lookin forward to that for sure

The Contract DLC Update was definitely pretty good overall, more especially the overall story, what with having Franklin & Lamar and Chop returning 8 years later, as well as a host of new likeable characters with entertaining moments along the way!😎👍 Though I feel Rockstar went too far overboard with the awful overpowered AI NPCs in this update, making some missions almost literally unplayable due to how bad it is😫
On the otherhand, we got some great new Security Contracts & Payphone Assassination/Hits missions that can be done solo or co-op in feeemode too, with some pretty nice payouts compared to existing VIP Work, Client Jobs, etc with better payouts for similar time spent per job!
I can't believe I wasn't the only one to notice "You own Los Santos".
Fingers crossed I really hope it's like the autoshop !! Able to do contracts repeatedly ! And just grind them out ! It's what I like most about the tuners update easy to do contracts and easy money to be made !!

For anyone who doesn't know: So all players who bet the story mode 100% and did buy Golf Club as Franklin (story mode) and has registered to RS Social Club
will earn 150k every week (in-game week) in GTA online, addition on that u will get for free Franklins Ofice, or otherwise, it will cost 3.7 mill (not upgraded)

the location kind looks like the building site nexto the highway. although i highly question that because of the cayo perico heist prep and the fact that rockstar never rework old missions.
Also do you think the dlc would take place before the Tuners update and after the Cayo heist update because if it does then it it's fine. If it doesn't and it takes place somewhere around this month of December to January something 2022 after the Tuners update, then this means Dr Dre was searching all over for his phone with private info and what not for a whole year. Which is long time. And now all of a sudden he would ask us (the protagonist) to go look for when he could have ask us to do that about a year ago when the events of Cayo Perico took place. This could've been a side mission that could've came out with the cayo heist update, then a whole a year later we would have to deal with much bigger problem that Dr Dre has in the year 2021 and early 2022?
Finally, after half a decade of darkness, I love this update so far....
The building could be that one which is in construction since the start I know all the clues does not match with the footages but it would be cool if it was like that

Most likely in the scene where it showed the families, ballas, and vagos, I’m guessing they’re adding that one concept they had planned before where you can join one of these gangs or be part of the police or bikers in GTA. I’m sure that you’ve covered this in one of your own “useless information”videos about gta

I'm looking forward to the update but not the music. Although it said "new radio station and updated to existing stations", I know for a fact that these updates will be for hip hop and rap stations which isn't my type. Bit other than that the update looks good

Once hit you "jiggle to the floor" and cant move, with 1 shot this last around 3-4s. So i would say yes, it makes you ragdoll.
I hate that I'm still curious about what go's on in this game.
