If still doesn't appear, get all the badges with Whitey's image (I did it again in an alt and it worked)
PD: Theres no extra rewards in BEAR* and Lagoon secret place didnt changed.

you can’t after you get Almighty. the orb disappears forever after you get The Almighty before getting 1.

The only way to go back to the green orb is to delete the almighty badge if you got it first

because you need at least 8 each badge tokens and after inside the secret redroom from the first of obby then you will get the key in the secret place he did talk about it.
