    Hello,
    I have configured 4 extensions (100,1001,1003 and 1003).
    I want extension 1000 to be able to call the other extensions. However, the other extensions (1001, 1002 and 1003) can no longer call extension 1000.

      Hi,
      The first way you can set DND on 1000, so no one can call 1000 and he can call all.
      The second way is to set call restrictions in ucm call feature.
      But i suggest you choose the 1st option for a simple scenario.

    Hello! I need to restrict the calls that a particular extension can receive. For example: I have extension 7901 and only extensions 1001, 2001, 5001 can call that extension. I can't find exactly how to manage these extension permissions on my UCM 6304. Could you help me? Thank you!

      Please follow below steps.
      Enable DND in extension 7901 and whitelist ext 1001, 2001, 5001 ( under Extension 7901---> Features)

      My pbx server is grandstream UCM62xx.
      Actually, particular intercoms has to issue in incomming call, outgoing calls are proper working even status is shown idle on pbx. But incomming call not working. I have already try with soft phone , if, I calling with softphone (X-lite) then it's proper working. But only issues with the intercom instrument. (Whenever instrument is already changed). Only issues with 1 MDU's intercoms.

      Hi Sony,
      Have you try to limit the audio codecs in UCM extension and ip phone side.
      Please check it, I hope it will resolve your issue.
