Hoppity's jumping sound effect sounds like one of the Total TV sound fx. I think I know what Waldo was gonna tell them. Thanks for bringing back this show! I hadn't seen it in nearly 40 years. And it's so hard to find anymore. Love Jay Wards. Bullwinkle's my favorite toon!
Despite the narrator saying to watch for the next adventure, at a sneak peak for the “next show,” the scene is from episode 1. This is likely because the show was cancelled after this episode.
They likely used episode 1 in the preview for the benefit of the show's syndicated version, where they would indeed re-air the pilot immediately after "Wonder Water" concluded.
It's a bit difficult to explain, honestly I just have been unable to find this episode of the series for the longest time and I was curious about it. I really appreciate getting to see it at last!
i am so happy with your chanel I could kiss you! Sadly, kissing my computer monitor is as close as I can get ;) who is the narrator in this episode? I know it's not Paul Frees. is it Bill Conrad?
You never find out what Waldo was going to say. Because this was the very last episode and there hasn't been another Hoppity Hooper since 1967.
Mores the pity

12:34 Waldo P. Wigglesworth: I know that snore anywhere.
I love hoppity hooper
I wonder why this final Hoppity Hooper story brought back the old Rocky/Bullwinkle narrator? Was Paul Frees busy at something else?

Or at the least while it was in production.

William Conrad does the narration.
Not on this show. Rocky and Bullwinkle.
He usually doesn't but the opening narration to this episode was certainly by William Conrad
All good things had to come to an end

I don't know the narrator. You could likely look it up as easy as I can. Internet Movie Database?

I'm fixing the Jumping Frog Contest episode. It should be up within an hour.
