'Treating us as hostages': Labor's energy rebates condemned

Sky News host Chris Kenny has accused Labor of treating Australians “as hostages” with their newly-announced energy rebates.
Mr Kenny joined Sky News host Paul Murray to break down Labor’s 2024-25 Federal Budget.
“And denying us our liberties and they saying, oh here you are, here’s a little glass of water - be grateful for it,” Mr Kenny said.
“The national self-harm here in this energy policy is extraordinary.”

We need to withdraw from the Paris Accord, repeal the renewable energy targets legislation and use the most economical energy resources available.
We also need to deregulate land use.

Allow retirement to earn whatever w/o taking away the pension.
Last year when they took away the $1500 tax offset this pushed me into the next tax bracket abd I ended up with a smaller pension and a large tax bill...which will take 2 years to pay off. So I have to keep working due to this tax plan.
When theu talk about rent assistance I get $84 pw when the rent is around 4 times that amount...and that is the maximum.
