Bud you have been around long enough to know that a decade of 0 prime is bull💩.So everyone in commercial real estate expected what NO INCREASE IN INTEREST RATES????
Sounds like borrowed to much took to much risk by developers and investors when are banks going to learn!

In my opinion, housing market crash is imminent due to the high number of individuals who purchased homes above the asking price despite the low interest rates. These buyers find themselves in precarious situations as housing prices decline, leaving them without any equity. If they become unable to afford their homes, foreclosure becomes a likely outcome. Even attempting to sell would not yield any profits. This scenario is expected to impact a significant number of people, particularly in light of the anticipated surge in layoffs and the rapid increase in the cost of living.

I suggest you offset your real estate and get into stocks, A recession as bad it can be, provides good buying opportunities in the markets if you're careful and it can also create volatility giving great short time buy and sell opportunities too. This is not financial advise but get buying, cash isn't king at all in this time!

You are right! I've diversified my portfolio across various markets with the aid of an investment advisor, I have been able to generate a little bit above $450k in net profit across high dividend yield stocks, ETF and bonds.

I have been thinking about how to grow my reserve by at least 40% or more within months. I will be grateful if you can give tips or anything on how to make good market picks and how I can get my portfolio diversified and balanced in order to meet up my target.

Natalie Noel Burns for example has the best performance history (in my opinion) and does offers 1v1 consultation to her copiers which I think is amazing. I don’t know how many traders like that are there

"Social engineering is one of the most effective ways to gain access to a bank account," says Jason Ioannides, director of solutions engineering at Alloy, a financial technology firm that helps banks automate customer verification and identification. According to Ioannides, this is when a bad actor reaches out to a prospective victim and appears to be an authority figure.

Real estate investors losing money is music to my ears. They are a major reason why the real estate market is the way that it is now.

The best course of action if you lack market knowledge is to ask a consultant or investing coach for guidance or assistance. Speaking with a consultant helped me stay afloat in the market and grow my portfolio to about 65% since January, even though I know it sounds obvious or generic. I believe that is the most effective way to enter the business at the moment.

Big issue with subleasing of excess office space in Vancouver. Could also be elsewhere. Heads up
