As a digger of prehistoric Florida Indian artifacts, your videos are truly captivating. I’ve frequently found myself alone in the woods, often at night, and feeling a connection with the peoples that lost, buried, or used the items I find. I feel the same connection, watching your finds. I’m now late for work, but can’t seem to pry myself away from the excavation!
13:45 That's a Magneti Marelli Regolatori Di Tensioni. In English it's a voltage regulator. It is an external voltage regulator for a generator (before alternators were used and voltage regulators became internal)
I have some beautiful pristine porcelain that was brought back from WWII. It too is Luftwaffe China marked with the dates, 1938, 1939, & 1940. My uncle, an Army vet, was not a collector of souvenirs but one of his Army buddies sent it home while he was in a hospital in Germany. My uncle passed away in 1988 and I was given some items.. He told me that the china came from a German airfield that they occupied. I have other interesting artifacts also. I was told that the 'FI. U.V." was the designation for the Luftwaffe supply division. The china in my possession indicates Bavaria and is marked "Johann Haviland" with a small manufacturers crest. All items look brand new.. I wish they could talk.
Your videos go by so quickly! The Italian finds really intrigue me, at first, I thought you to be in one of the Low Countries. Now I am wondering if I was correct. The Soviet button really tips the scale.
Hello from Texas.I have always been into history especially WW 2. I love seeing the awesome things that the team finds and I really enjoy the information that you give behind all the finds. I've been following the channel for a while now and I'm curious to know what want to know what do yall do with everything that's found? Keep up the great work and I look forward to seeing more.
Second Italian piece from MAGNETI MARELLI, very famous Italian company that during WWII served for the Italian army and lost almost all its factories due to airstrikes from the allies
I know this is an old video, but I'm quite sure that rifle is an Italian carcano, either a M1891 or M91/41. It has a split bridge while the Mauser 98 rifles had a solid bridge.
Where do you find these? I would love to search in dugouts and trenches to see what those soldiers lost all those years ago. Its always so exciting to find out anything about these because its not just something that spawned there, this was someones belongings 80 years ago.
The Italian pasta tube? It could be from a German soldier who served recently in Italy, or simply bought it from a shop, trader etc... Don't forget its not just soldiers working in the area but civilian contractors who maybe electricians, builders etc...
I'm a little late to the party, but that American buckle is still a standard issue in the U.S. Army, I've got about a dozen of them split between my brass dress buckles and my black and brown subdued ones for my combat uniforms. Awesome find! It goes to show how little the U.S. changes with uniform pieces lol.
Awesome Video man, Keep em coming. Fascinated with the Relics and what they stood for. Mein Großvater hat im 2. Weltkrieg gekämpft und meine Urgroßeltern stammen aus Deutschland.
Thanks for the awesome videos also it's the perfect length of time I have a hard time watching really long videos but yours are exciting from start to finish
Love your videos man! You make me wanna buy a metal detector and go detect myself. Keep up the amazing work you guys are doing! WW 2 has always been very interesting to me
Is this small ax really from the time of the third Reich? I have also found one and it was said that it was a DDR camping product. Do you know more about it? I was the opinion that the Wehrmacht has never used such axes? Once again a great video! Great finds! Greetings 😄
@@mdww2battlegrounds Hm, I am not so sure. I would find it great if it were so but have never found real evidence that was really used by the Wehrmacht. Google " DDR campingbeil" then you understand my skepticism... 😊✊🏻
I don’t know how I feel about this. Should we dig up historical sites. A lot of people died on this very land. I do like it when bones are discovered they try to send them back to their homeland. I’m torn.

You reported the non-snapped dogtag i assume?
There's still so much soldiers missing.
You should open a museum with all of your findings! That would be awesome!
Ha exactly
10:10 I think it's a Mosin Nagant. The action is open at the back. Mausers are closed
Minute 13:53 is italian,I am Italian and I must tell you that you have done almost everything well.congratulations for the video

the rifle you found was by the looks of it a mosin nagant and not a k98k
The "muzzle protector" looked more like the end cap from a German grenade
Always a good week when you guys upload!
These are fantastic finds ... You explain in good detail which gives an insight of war...! Thank You
Thanks for the support Michael!
As a french living literally near ww2 warzone i would love to do this but the only fear i have is mines ..i'm afraid there could be land mines

4:24 Little bit late but thats actually a bathtub or sink plug chain lol. And even more so that theres toothpaste next to it.
That means that dog tag literally sat there on the surface right there for like 80 years lol that's crazy
What the hell happened here? US, Soviet, German, Italian. Now you need British and Japanese.
Can you make a video with all your best finds?
Ill guess you have a small museum at home?

Thanks for watching Ted!
It's amazing you live so close to these historic battl grounds
Nice weekend movie! Great 🔝❗️
When you walked through the forest with the barrel of the gun. Powerful!
Those small holes look more like mortar impact craters.
Thats what I was thinking.
I can tell a huge battle had taken place there where they are.
Great finds, hope you go back to dig again. 👍
Great video. Congratulations on all of the finds. Really enjoyed watching.

Guten Abend...wie klein die Welt doch ist...
You guys are legit. Watched some videos, and thought that you may have planted some artifacts. Until you showed the rifle. Good work.
We never plant anything. Everything is authentic. We just want to tell the ww2 history story and take you along on our metal detecting adventures!
Can you tell us where are some places we can go look for some WW2 relics ourself? Like some locations. Thank you for the great videos!!
The smaller holes close to the trench are most likely artillery hits
That plate is a score to get. Nice 👍
Odd question but what kind of pants do you guys wear that have those double front protections? They look like they can withstand quite a bit.
I could oney wish to find some thing like that amazing finds brother some real history

Is it possible that all those foxholes could be small bomb/artillery craters from an attack on the position?
Barbasol made those shaving creme tube design well into the 1950's. I recall them well

Can anyone tell me the name of the music played in the intro?
min 13.50 it a voltage regulator made by italian company Magneti Marelli

It's not Italian toothpaste... Is anchovies paste! Good to eat
Wow, they made anchovies paste? That is interesting. I can see how it would be useful in the field.
