For those who don't know, this is what her own mum said (roughly paraphrased as I can't recall the exact wording): 'Oh, I'm her mother so I know she takes really good care of herself. I know she eats, she's just a skinny minnie'. With a mother like that...yeah, it's amazing she's still alive. Shrugging off the most horrifyingly skeletal young women in the public eye as being just a 'skinny minnie'. Unreal.

hi medical doctor here. I have questions directed to fellow doctors who could help shed some light and help me understand.
1)how does she get the energy to walk around Disneyland and to stores in her town and such? Getting IV vitamin infusions (as some has theorised) will not be enough to give that much energy and sustenance.
2)how does she get the energy to sit and stream on twitch for 10-12hours straight daily without taking any breaks in between?
3)an anorexic person her size would usually have some degree to severe cardiac failure, however how does she have such good effort tolerance (good enough to walk around Disneyland) considering her heart should be in failure? As you know one of the hallmark of cardiac failure is reduced effort tolerance (ET).
I will not ask how is she still alive considering we know why...her age being a big factor and the end is coming closer. However these questions on how she is still functioning really makes me crack my head because anorexics her size usually find it very difficult to even get out of bed. She on the other hand seem to be functioning like an average healthy person (on the surface level at least). Eugenia Cooney will make a very interesting case study.

I truly believe that her mother is encouraging her for the money. As far as Eugenia is concern, I believe that she is thriving on defiance. Therefore the only remedy at this point is that everybody stops commenting on her looks and pretends that her weight is not an issue. The only other agent who can stop her is UA-cam. it's been years, either no one will or she wants this to make $
people have been trying to intervene for years but there's not much options, there were days she was communicating with youtubers more, including jacklyn glenn who in 2019. 5150-d her (when eugenia was living in California and jacklyn invited EC to her place), and which led to the "recovery" and bought eugenia more time but she cutted jacklyn out of her life despite jacklyn wanted to best for eugenia and in fact bought her time, now no one can do much except making calls to crisis center and comments/videos which she ignores since she literally thrives on hate. she's not putting this innocent persona on that much anymore which she used to to on younow and twitch days, now she shows her true intentions: she loves attention, concern and being ill. the attention she's thriving on is constantly monetized
the only person who i think might be able to influence her right now is Jeffree Star, since she is obsessed with him, praising his products, doing tiktok lives with him, and brown nosing big time like i've never seen her do before to be honest. she worships everything he says, everything he does, everything he ever thinks. There is a difference between looking at Lizzo as a young teen and looking at EC. The beauty standard has always been thin. No young girl wants to be fat. Lizzo isn't just sitting in front of people wearing skimpy clothes, making sure every lump is shown to the camera. She'an entertainer that is also fat. EC's whole indenty is anorexia. You can comeback from being fat and Lizzo's size, you can't really come back from Eugenia Cooney style ana...it's not the same really, unless she has a big miracle and strength inside to basically breathe in life again into all her organs, it's very unlikely she will ever be normal. As much as people like to dunk on Lizzo, comparing a functioning fat body to Eugenia is just not true at all. Yes, both lose their periods and will eventually die from their choices, the fact is, you have more chance coming back to health by losing weight, than you do the other side.
Yeah, it makes me crazy that people make these comparisons. It's literally just people who know nothing about EDs and also hate fat people. We know the history of this content online and that the disease thrives on comparisons, competition and "inspiration." People don't look at lizzo to trigger binge eating so they can look like her. That's how eugenias content gets used tho, to inspire starvation.
People don’t aspire to look like Lizzo is the other issue. Nobody looks at her and thinks I wish I looked like her I’m going to start bingeing on junk food so i can look more like her. But thinspo is real and influential young minds see Eugenia and start to feel inadequate that they aren’t as slim as they could be and do change and restrict their eating habits because of it
