Weight is not always about food intake… i have multiple health conditions and those impact various things. I also am dealing with morning sickness currently so it adds to everything.
@@neverthelesshereiam4167 I eat once a day usually and I'm overweight. If I could actually eat 2 balanced meals I d loose weight ..my body thinks it's starving so it extra stores anything I take in
@@Kittyheavenwith21catsi understand this. I had bulima/ borderline anorexia for many years and that messed up my entire body and metabolism so even though i eat healthy 99% of the time, my body is still messed up from all those years. I also have PCOS which adds to the problem. It’s definitely not all about the food; but i can understand how it can be confusing because we (society) have made the assumption that food is the only thing that contributes to weight. I wish that was the case because then i’d be a lot skinnier, but alas i’m not, and after years of work i have learned to accept my body for what it is, and to care for it in the best way i can for my situation.
@@camiioan822 yup especially since menopause which at 49 is pretty young. So I'm sure that isn't helping. 3 years ago I was skinny ..it is what it is we can't control what is out of our hands
Hope you feel better soon Cami ❤️
Thank you!

Not to mention hormone imbalances that some women can experience.
